STEP 3: Once you have added the script to your site, as the final step, edit the traffic rules in your Leadfeeder User Settings. Here you will define the hostname rules for each website you are tracking within your account.

Navigate to Account > Traffic Filtering

The hostname rules are defined automatically based on the information you have given during your signup process, but check that they are the correct and match with the domains you want to track in your Leadfeeder account.

STEP 4: Once you have added the script to your website, defined hostname rules, and received some visits, it takes up to an hour to show you new companies in Web Visitors.

You will see the tracker as Not installed and Not receiving data during this wait time.

If you aren't seeing the Receiving data status after an hour or so please reach out to support, we may be able to get you started!

Please note: If you are using the free version of Web Visitors, the status won't change sooner than the next day!

The same tracking script can be used for all websites/domains that are under the same company in your Leadfeeder account. This article tells you more about the different options to track multiple websites.
