Web Insights reads your website at company level. You see how much of your traffic comes from identified companies and how much of it matches your ICP. You also see which channels, campaigns and pages bring those companies in, with ICP fit, Intent Score and goal conversions next to your traffic.
Web Insights uses the same tracking script as Web Visitors, so there's nothing new to install.
Web Visitors shows which companies are on your site. Web Insights shows what brought them there. It reports on companies as totals: counts, ICP ratios and Intent Scores by channel, campaign and page. It doesn't show individual company names. To see which specific companies visited your site, use Web Visitors.
What Web Insights helps you answer
Which channels bring the companies I want to reach?
Which campaigns reach my ICP, and what does each identified company cost?
Which pages attract ICP companies, and which ones lose visitors?
How is my ICP traffic changing over time?
