Improve your website content with Web Insights

Use the Pages report to see which pages attract the companies you want, which ones show buying intent, and which ones lose visitors.

Written by Ruthie Keith

Before you start

  • ICP: define one to see which pages attract ICP companies.

  • Goals: set them up to see which pages lead to conversions.

For setup, see Get started with Web Insights. (link to article)

Review your pages

  1. Go to Web Insights and open Pages.

  2. Pick a date range. Use a longer range for pages with low traffic.

  3. Search for a page or a group of pages, like /blog, to focus on one part of your site.

  4. Start with All traffic. Sort by landing visits, avg. time on page or visit goal rate to see how each page engages and converts.

  5. Check ICP ratio (est.) to see which pages attract your ideal customers.

  6. Switch to Identified traffic to see identified companies and Intent Score per page.

Dig deeper with filters

Click Show filters to see who reads each page.

  • Channel: see how visitors from one channel, like Paid Search, engage with each page.

  • Campaign: check how a campaign's landing pages perform.

  • Industry or company location: see which content one segment reads.

Add a form or call to action to capture them. To see which companies read it, use Web Visitors.

A landing page gets lots of visits but short time on page

Visitors leave quickly

Improve the page or redirect it

A page has a high ICP ratio but a low visit goal rate

The right companies arrive, but don't convert

Review the call to action and the offer

Different pages attract very different audiences

Your content reaches more than one segment

Check which segment each page serves and plan content for each

Or just ask

On Discover and above, you can get this report with Ask a question. Try:

  • What are my low-performing landing pages?

  • Which pages attract the most ICP companies?

  • Which blog posts get the most identified companies?
