When you sign up to Leadfeeder for the first time you will get a free 14 day Web Visitors trial.
Your account will automatically change to the free version of Web Visitors mode after the trial if you choose not to purchase a paid subscription.
Payment Methods
There are two available billing cycles:
Monthly - Available only for credit card subscriptions
Annual (12 months) - Available for invoiced or credit card subscription
Please note: Annual subscriptions come with a 30% discount over the monthly price. These subscriptions are charged at 12 months upfront.

Depending on your company location, we charge in either USD ($) or Euros (€).
Cancellation Terms
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time before the next billing period.
E.g. You have a monthly recurring subscription that renews on the 25th of each month - this must be cancelled before the next renewal date to avoid the next monthly charge.Annual plans can be cancelled up to 30 days before the end of the current billing cycle. E.g. You have an annual recurring subscription that renews on 25th August - this must be cancelled at least 30 days prior to this, so by the 25th July, to avoid the next annual charge.

Once you sign up for a trial, we will automatically select the correct plan for your account. The plan is based on the average number of companies we identify on your website each month, and the volume of credits you need.

How is the price calculated?
Your plan tier is based on two factors: how many companies we identify on your website per month, and how many credits your team uses. Identifying a company visiting your site is included in your plan limit and does not consume credits. Credits are used when your team takes activation actions such as enriching contact details, exporting records, or syncing to your CRM.
If the same company visits your site multiple times in a month, it still counts as one identified company. We filter out ISPs and low-quality traffic.
Credits
Credits are usage units consumed when your team takes data enrichment or activation actions across the platform. Every plan includes a shared credit pool, and all users in your account draw from the same pool, there are unlimited seats on every plan.
Examples of actions that consume credits:
Enriching a contact with email details → 0.2 credits
Enriching a contact with email + phone → 1 credit
Exporting or syncing a company to your CRM → 1 credit
Actions that do not consume credits:
Identifying a company visiting your website (this is covered by your plan's company limit)
Logging in, browsing the platform, or viewing dashboards
Adding or managing users
