Plans & Pricing

Leadfeeder's pricing is based on a tier ladder; Lite, Discover, Activate, Scale, Enterprise, combined with a credit-based model for usage. Your plan determines which features you can access, how many companies you can identify each month, and your monthly credit allowance.

Credits are usage units consumed when you enrich data or trigger activation actions. Such as pushing a company to your CRM, enriching a contact's email or phone, or running a Campaign. Identifying companies visiting your website does not use credits; that's included in your plan's company limit.

All plans include unlimited users, so your whole team can access Leadfeeder without additional seat costs.

Automatic Plan Adjustments for Web Visitors Clients

To ensure you have access to all the identified companies you can use, Leadfeeder will automatically adjust your legacy subscription package to fit your needs.

The plan you fall into is based on the companies we can identify from your website traffic. This means that during times of high traffic and lead generation (trade-shows, marketing pushes, special promotions, or high need situations) you won’t be shown locked leads that you can’t act on.

Some questions we hear the most are:

Is my price changed without notice?

If we notice your plan should be upgraded, we’ll email you about it and implement the change of quota and price when your new subscription period is starting.

How do you calculate the price?

We’ll calculate your price according to the companies we can identify in your website's traffic data over the last 12 months (or the longest time frame we have access to)as well as your credit usage needs.

What happens if I run out of credits?

You can top up with extra credits at any time in blocks of 100 to 5,000. These are non-renewing and useful for seasonal campaigns or one-off projects. You can also upgrade your plan for a higher monthly credit allowance.

Unused extra (one-off) credits are valid for two years. Standard plan credits follow your billing cadence, annual plans receive a lump sum at the start of the year, monthly plans receive credits each month. Standard plan credits don't roll over at the end of the billing period.

Can I avoid the upgrade somehow?

a) If you would like to purchase an annual subscription that would make the auto-upgrade only happen after one year.

b) If you would like to negotiate a fixed price deal with us you can connect with a Sales Associate to discuss this. You can contact us at support@leadfeeder.com and we will put you in touch with the right person!

How does annual billing work?

Annual plans are available at a significant discount compared to monthly billing. Discover and Activate support annual (paid upfront) or monthly billing. Scale supports annual (paid upfront) or quarterly billing.
