Trigger a workflow when a company becomes high intent

Use the Company intent score changed trigger to start a workflow the moment a company's Intent Score enters a range you choose.

Written by Ruthie Keith

Add the Company intent score changed trigger to a workflow and pick a score range. Leadfeeder then starts the workflow for any company whose Intent Score moves into that range, so you can alert sales or update your CRM while interest is high.

Before you start

  • Workflows is in Beta. If Workflows doesn't appear in your left menu, contact your CSM or our support team to join the Beta.

  • You need the tracking script on your website. Leadfeeder can't score a company without tracked visits, so those companies won't trigger the workflow.

  • Set up Goals for better scores. With Goals in place, the Intent Score reflects visit quality more closely.

  • CRM actions need a connected CRM. Connect yours under Settings → Account → Integrations.

  • List actions need write access to the lists you use.

Set up the trigger

  1. Go to Workflows and create a new workflow.

  2. In the Triggers panel, search for "intent", or open Other → Company triggers. Select Company intent score changed.

  3. Under Custom range, drag the two handles to set your range. The default is 7–10, which matches the High tier.

  4. Add the actions you want to run.

  5. Name your workflow, check that it's Enabled, and click Save.

Trigger rules

The workflow starts when a company's score enters your range from below or from above. It handles one company per run, so you can follow the trigger with any company action.

Leadfeeder recalculates the score after each new visit and lowers it each week a company stays away. The score covers the whole organization, including visits from every office location.

Note: The workflow runs once each time a company enters the range. For that company, it won't run again until the score leaves the range and comes back.
