You can set up a Workflow to automatically send companies to a Microsoft Teams channel when they match your criteria, no manual steps required.
Workflows connect triggers to actions. In this case, the trigger defines when a company should be sent, and the action sends the company to the Microsoft Teams channel you choose. This helps your team act on relevant Leadfeeder data without manual steps.
How to Set Up a Teams Automation
STEP 1: Navigate to Workflows in the left-hand navigation.
STEP 2: Create a new Workflow or open an existing one. Define your trigger and any filters for the companies you want to target.
STEP 3: Add a new action and select Send to Microsoft Teams.
STEP 4: Choose the Teams channel you want to post to. Optionally, add a custom text message to provide your team with extra context alongside the company card.
STEP 5: Save and activate the Workflow.
When the Workflow runs, Leadfeeder will post a company card to the selected Teams channel. The message includes key company details and, where user matching is configured, will @mention the relevant team member.
đ Please note: This action requires the Microsoft Teams integration to be connected. Workflows using Teams as an action are available on supported plans.
