There are two ways to send companies to Microsoft Teams from Leadfeeder.
Send a single company to a Teams channel from the Company Profile
Send companies automatically using Workflow automation
Send a Single Company to a Teams Channel
When you spot an interesting company and want to share it with your team, open the Company Profile, click the Send to Teams button, and select the channel you want to post to.
The message will appear in the selected Teams channel and include key company details. If user matching is configured, Leadfeeder will @mention the person who shared the company.
Please note: By default, the company will be sent to your configured default channel. You can select a different channel at the point of sending.
@Mention the Right Person Automatically
Leadfeeder matches Leadfeeder users to Teams users by email address and full name. When a company is sent to Teams, the integration will automatically @mention the person who shared it, no manual tagging needed.
User matching happens automatically during the initial sync. If a user isn't matched, the message will still be posted to the channel without an @mention.
