In order to be able to provide our business solutions, we process the following personal data:

Leadfeeder operates web crawlers that automatically collect and process publicly available data on the Internet, such as:
Company websites
Social media platforms
Public records databases (such as government websites, commercial and trade registers and databases)
News websites and archives (such as newspapers and news channels)
Blogs and forums
Consumer portals and marketplaces
Special interest sites, job boards or listings
Directories for patents, trademarks, grants, etc.
Publicly available online phone directories
Publicly available academic and research databases
Publicly available data sets (such as those published by government agencies or academic institutions)
Our web crawlers visit millions of web pages daily to discover business information relevant to our clients. These may entail the following categories of personal data:
name
job title
department
business email address
other contact details (e.g. business phone, social media profile link)
affiliated company name and details
Please note that we are on purpose NOT extracting or processing any data regarding sensitive information like financial data, medical details, political affiliations, private demographic information (e.g. number of children), etc.
We process such personal data as a data controller.
Web Visitors
When a customer implements the Web Visitors Tracker on their website, the following information is collected from website-visitors via cookies:
Source and Medium (from UTMs or Google Analytics), Campaign, Keyword, if applicable
Visitor ID number (as set by a cookie)
IP address
Visitor behavior (e.g. (sub)pages visited, time and date of visit, duration of visit)
No sensitive personal information is collected. The data collected from the web visitor is limited to what is strictly necessary in order to be able to perform the processing activity. The data is adequate, accurate and up to date. Web visitors have an easy way to object to the processing by installing and configuring appropriate ad-blockers or using no-script-plugins in their browser.
With regard to the personal data processed while using the Web Visitors Tracker, the Customer acts as the Data Controller and Leadfeeder acts as the Data Processor. This relationship is governed by Leadfeeder's Data Processing Agreement.
