Yes, Leadfeeder is legal as our databases only encompass business related data. We take privacy seriously and strictly follow and adhere to the requirements and principles of the GDPR. Our legal basis is legitimate interest according to Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR.

Which legal agreements are concluded between your company and Leadfeeder?
When you purchase or use any of our tools you agree to be bound by our General Terms and Conditions (GTC). Depending on which services you use, we may also automatically conclude a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with your company.

Can Leadfeeder provide you with a signed version of the DPA?
Sure! While a signature is not legally necessary for the DPA to be binding, we are happy to set up a mutually signed document should you need it.
Does Leadfeeder accept changes to its General Terms and Conditions?
Generally not. Due to the volume of orders and structure of our business, it is impossible for us to commit to customized agreements.

Does Leadfeeder inform customers about changes to its General Terms and Conditions?
Yes. If we have to amend any of our GTC, we will inform our customers about the changes ahead of time via email. We will send our amendments to the email address associated with your account. You have two weeks to review the changes before they come into effect.
Legal Outreach with Leadfeeder's Data
The legality of outreach methods like cold calling and cold emailing depends on local laws in your target market. As set forth in our General Terms and Conditions, clients are responsible for how they use our data.

What personal data does Leadfeeder collect?
We process personal data to provide our B2B solutions. For Target, this includes publicly available business data such as names, job titles and business email addresses. For Web Visitors, this includes IP addresses and visitor behaviour data collected via the Web Visitors Tracker.

When do we need a DPA and how is it concluded?
A DPA is required when you share personal data with us β for example when using Web Visitors or connecting your CRM. The DPA is incorporated by reference in our terms and conditions and does not need to be separately signed.
