Advanced Leadfeeder Tracker settings allows you to:
- Specify which timezone is used in your accounts
- Anonymize IPs
- Set up file tracking
Leadfeeder admin users can adjust which file types get tracked by default and add custom ones in advanced Leadfeeder Tracker settings.
Here's how to start tracking download clicks in Leadfeeder:
STEP 1: Navigate to your company settings from the upper-right dropdown menu by clicking Integrations for...
STEP 2: Click the Company tab and then Leadfeeder Tracker. Select Advanced settings.
STEP 3: Select the file extensions who want to track in your advanced Leadfeeder Tracker settings.
STEP 4: Add the domain of the file as a hostname in your Leadfeeder account settings.
STEP 5: If you start to track, for example, PDF files, create a custom feed with a "Page URL includes PDF" filter and see which companies have downloaded the file.
NOTE: The URL of the file should end with the file type.
