Before you start
This integration is available on the Discover, Activate, Scale plans with API access. It works at the company level only — search, retrieve, and manage contacts isn't supported yet.
Connect Leadfeeder to Make.com
In Make.com, search for Leadfeeder in the app directory and add it to your scenario.
Select Create a connection.
Enter your Leadfeeder API key. Don't have your key yet? In Leadfeeder, go to Settings → Personal → API Keys to find or generate one.
Full technical specs and available endpoints are in the API documentation.
Enter your Leadfeeder Account ID.
You'll find your Account ID in Leadfeeder under Settings → Account → Details. There's also a direct link in the hint below the field.
If you have more than one Leadfeeder account, create a separate connection for each one.
Save the connection.
Please note: You can add more than one connection — one per Leadfeeder account — and switch between them on a per-module basis.
Available modules
Trigger
Module | What it does |
Watch visiting companies | Emits one bundle per new company Leadfeeder identifies (name, last visit date, session count, pages visited, country). Optionally scoped to a Custom Feed. Polls on a schedule set by your Make.com plan — every 15 minutes on the free tier, faster on paid plans. |
Please note: This module checks in on a schedule, it doesn't push instantly.
Search & enrichment
Module | What it does |
Get company details | Firmographics for a company ID — name, description, full address, industry classification, employee count and range, revenue and financials, contact details, social profiles, and intent score. Full field list in the API reference. |
Get company signals | Intent and activity signals for a company ID |
Search companies | Look up companies by name, country, industry, or employee count — no Leadfeeder ID needed |
Please note: Get company details returns a large firmographic profile, not just the seven fields shown above — including full address, phone/email, revenue and financials, social profiles beyond LinkedIn, and intent scoring. Map only the fields your scenario needs.
Organize
Module | What it does |
Add company to list / Remove company from list | Add or remove a company from one or more lists |
Tag company / Remove tag from company | Assign or unassign tags on a company |
Create list / Create tag | Create a new list or tag and return its ID for downstream modules |
Get lists / Get tags | Retrieve existing list and tag IDs for mapping |
Sample scenario: enrich and route a high-value visitor
Watch visiting companies — scoped to an enterprise-DACH Custom Feed.
Get company details — pulls firmographics for the new company.
Get company signals — pulls intent and activity data.
A filter checks employee count against your enterprise threshold.
Tag company — applies a "Tier-1" tag.
Add company to list — adds the company to your DACH Enterprise list.
