I Don't Receive Email Notifications or CSV Exports

If you aren't receiving email notifications or CSV exports, please take a look at the troubleshooting suggestions below.

  • Make sure that your email address is as expected and spelled correctly in your Dealfront User Settings > Personal

  • Look into your inbox's spam folder and your email client's spam filters

  • Check if you have a limit on how many emails can you receive and if you've reached this limit

  • See if any of your colleagues that are also supposed to receive emails from Dealfront are successfully receiving these

  • Add Dealfront (app@dealfront.com) to your 'safe senders' or contacts list (whitelist). We use dynamic IP addresses so are unable to provide numbered addresses.

  • For Outlook users, please review this support article.

  • If your organization uses Mimecast for email security, please adjust your configuration and permit our email address as listed above.
