You can send the details of an identified company from within Web Visitors to any email address, whether they're a Leadfeeder user or not, using the Email action.
STEP 1: Open the details of the company and click on the Email action button.
STEP 2: Either choose an existing Leadfeeder users from the dropdown menu, or type in an external email address. You can email the company visit details to multiple users by separating the address with a comma.
You can also add a message to accompany the email if you need to provide further explanation to the recipient/s.
When you're ready, click Send.
The recipient/s will receive a Leadfeeder branded email informing them who send the information and the visit details for that company.
Please note: If you're trying to email a Leadfeeder user but don't see them in the drop-down, make sure they have accepted the Leadfeeder user invitation and refresh the page. Once they accept they should appear in the dropdown.
