The integration connections can have two possible status values: OK or Invalid.

If your integration status is OK, the integration connection is working normally. 

If your integration status is Invalid, something is wrong and the connection is not working as it should.

The "status_reason" indicates what is the problem with the connection.

You can see the status of your integration via your Leadfeeder Settings by going to the tab Website and clicking the name of the in integration on the left side of the view.

Here's a list of the known values for status_reason, a description of the error, and how can it be fixed:

Dynamics

solution_not_installed

The solution is not installed in the Dynamics organization. Install the solution and reconnect from the settings.

token_refresh

The connection between Dynamics and Leadfeeder has failed. Reconnect to Dynamics from your account’s Leadfeeder Settings.

unauthorized

The connection between Dynamics and Leadfeeder has failed. Reconnect to Dynamics from your account’s Leadfeeder Settings.

Mailchimp

account_deactivated

The Mailchimp account is not active. Remove the integration and connect a new Mailchimp account.

invalid_api_key

The entered API key is not valid. Change the API key from the settings.

Pipedrive

account_not_open

The Pipedrive company is not active. Remove the integration and connect a new Pipedrive company.

company_id_mismatch

The API token is from a different Pipedrive company. Change the API token or remove the integration to connect a new Pipedrive company.

invalid_access_token

The connection between Pipedrive and Leadfeeder has failed. Reconnect to Pipedrive from your account's Leadfeeder Settings.

invalid_api_token

The API token entered is not valid. Reconnect to Pipedrive.

not_admin

The user who did the connection with Pipedrive is not an admin in Pipedrive anymore. Reconnect with a Pipedrive admin user instead.

token_refresh

The connection between Pipedrive and Leadfeeder has failed. Reconnect to Pipedrive from your account’s Leadfeeder Settings.

Salesforce

authentication_error

The connection between Salesforce and Leadfeeder has failed. Reconnect to Salesforce from your account’s Leadfeeder Settings.

host_not_known

The Salesforce organization is not active. Remove the integration and connect a new organization.

organization_missing

The Salesforce organization is not active. Remove the integration and connect a new organization.

Slack

account_inactive

The Slack workspace is not active. Remove the integration and connect to a new workspace.

invalid_scope

The permissions of the Leadfeeder app in Slack have changed. Go to Slack in your account’s Leadfeeder Settings and select Reconnect.

token_revoked

The connection between Salesforce and Leadfeeder has failed. Go to Slack settings in your Leadfeeder account, and select Reconnect.

WebCRM

authentication_failed

The connection between WebCRM and Leadfeeder has failed. Remove the integration and connect again.

Zoho

inactive_token

The API token is not valid. Go to your Zoho Settings in your Leadfeeder account, and change the API token.

invalid_token

The API token is not valid. Go to Zoho settings in Leadfeeder and change the API token.

trial_expired

The trial for Zoho has expired. Restart your trial or remove the integration and connect a new Zoho organization.
