How Do I Get My Leadfeeder Receipts?

All of your billing details and history can be found inside of your Leadfeeder account. No more messy filing cabinets or piles of receipts on your desk - we make it easy!

Everything you need in regards to Billing, Receipts, and Invoices can be found in your Settings CompanyInvoices and Receipts.

Here you will find your subscription details, payment information, and receipts or invoices.

To view and download any of your receipts or invoices, simply navigate to Invoices and Receipts and select View Receipt or Download Invoice next to the one you are looking for.

If you have a receipt to download, this is how it will show in your account:

On this page, you can view all of your current or prior receipts online. Please note that it can take up to 24 hours after payment has been received for the receipt to appear on the list, so if you don’t see it, just give it a bit more time.

The image below is an example of what information will be shown on your receipt. If you need a printed copy, simply click Print Receipt to get to your printing options, or to download as a PDF onto your computer, as shown below:

If viewing receipts, printing, or downloading the PDF from your Leadfeeder account is inconvenient for you, we do offer the option to have your receipts emailed to your billing contact.

Follow The Steps Below To Get Emailed Receipts Set-Up

STEP 1: Navigate to your Subscriptions, select the subscription you want receipts emailed for and click Edit on the right-hand side of the subscription: 

STEP 2: In the subscription edit view, scroll down to the Billing Details section:

STEP 3: Click Edit Billing Details. On this page, confirm the information shown there and select the I Want An E-Invoice check-box.

Note: If you pay via invoice instead of credit card, we send new invoices to the email address of the person who purchased the subscription. If invoice reminders are needed to be sent, those will be sent to all admin users of the account.
