Go to Echobot/Leadfeeder

Once you've connected Leadfeeder to Pipedrive, it's very quick and simple to connect interesting leads to Pipedrive as often as you like. You can also create new Pipedrive deals from inside Leadfeeder.

It is recommended to link as many Leadfeeder leads as possible to Pipedrive, because Leadfeeder automatically creates a new note for that organization in Pipedrive every time the lead re-visits your website. Please notice that visits cannot be sent from Leadfeeder lead currently, if the Leadfeeder lead is connected to Pipedrive lead.

Here's how to send leads to Pipedrive:

STEP 1: When you see an interesting company in Leadfeeder, click Connect as an organization or a Lead depending which you prefer. See STEP 2A for connecting an organization and STEP 2B for connecting a lead.

STEP 2A: If you want to connect a Leadfeeder lead to Organization, you can either choose to Create a new organization or Connect to an existing organization. If you are sending Leadfeeder lead as an organization, you can also send existing visits to Pipedrive as notes. You can also choose the owner.

Once the organization is connected you can create a New deal or New activity in the Leadfeeder interface.

STEP 2B: If you want to connect a Leadfeeder lead to Pipedrive lead, you can either choose to Create a new lead in Pipedrive or Connect to an existing lead..

To create a new Lead, you will need to select an Owner, and at least one of Organization or Contact. You are also able to create a new Organization or Contact directly from this interface by simply typing a name that doesn’t currently exist.

Get notes to Pipedrive

Connecting a lead in Leadfeeder to an existing organization (or new organization) in Pipedrive means that whenever that company re-visits your website the details of their visit will show up in Pipedrive automatically.

The screenshot below shows how Leadfeeder automatically creates a note in Pipedrive after a company re-visits your website. Leadfeeder will automatically create a note in Pipedrive with all company's history visits after the user initially connects it to Pipedrive.

You can also find a link to Leadfeeder as a custom field where you can see all the information related to this organization in the Leadfeeder app interface.

If you have a deal for that organization you will automatically see the visit note in both deal and organization.

Visits are not sent to Pipedrive Leads, but they are sent to the linked Organization as notes (if there indeed is a linked Organization).
