In order to activate a campaign with Leadfeeder Promote, you will need to have a target accounts list and your ads. For instructions on how to prepare your account list please follow either of these two guides:

STEP 1: Creating the draft campaign in Leadfeeder Promote

  • Within Leadfeeder Promote, once you have created or imported your target account list select Create Campaign to begin campaign configuration (NOTE: You can create a draft campaign before you import or create your list of target accounts).

  • Completing campaign settings:

  1. Name

  2. Duration: start date & end date

  3. Campaign budget Select daily or total budget

  4. Campaign Locations

STEP 2: Draft Campaign

Add list of target accounts, campaign ads and a landing page URL with UTM.

  • Select the list of key accounts using the drop down menu which will import the List into the draft campaign

  • In the ads tab, select Upload Ads and upload your display banners in .jpg, .png or .gif format in some or all of the following sizes: 120x600, 160x600, 300x250, 300x600, 320x50, 468x60, 728x90, 970x250

  • Once the banners are uploaded, input your landing page URL, including the UTM parameter

  • If you do not have a UTM parameter you can build one using the builder provided, completing:

    • Source

    • Medium

    • Campaign

NOTE: A master URL will be added to all uploaded images. You can overwrite it for each ad image

  • Select create ads and click back to review your finalised draft campaign before launching it

  • Once reviewed, click start campaign

After activating the campaign, results can be reviewed in the campaign dashboard (statistics are updated hourly) and you can also edit and optimise the campaign.

Editing options include: edit campaign, add new target accounts, deactivate accounts, add / deactivate ads.
