Introduction to feed folders

In Leadfeeder, you can create custom feeds to filter leads based on a filtering criteria. Feed folders are containers of custom feeds. Each feed belongs to a feed folder to help you organise your leads better.

Default folders

Following are the default folders that you may see depending on your account set-up. Default folders can not be edited or deleted, and they always show up first in the list of folders.

This folder appears if you have set up an integration with your email marketing tool. It will contain preset feeds such as:

  • Mailchimp visitors

Custom feed folders

Leadfeeder also allows you to create custom folders and move multiple relevant feeds in the folders to organize your custom feeds better. For example, you can create feed folders based on various grouping factors such as team ownership, lead geography, lead industry, etc.

Custom feed folders are visible to users of your account who have access to at least one feed in the folder. Empty folders are visible to all users. To learn more about user access rights, click here.
