Leadfeeder allows you to add as many other users as you like to your Leadfeeder account. This is especially useful for ensuring sales and marketing teams are in alignment, as everyone has access to the same data!

📌 NOTE: Only users with admin privileges can add new users. This helps keep your dashboard secure! If you don't have admin privileges, you won't see the User option under Company settings.

📣 Here's how to add new users to Leadfeeder

Step 1: Access settings in Leadfeeder

Sign in to your Leadfeeder account, click your name in the upper right corner of the dashboard, then select Your Settings.

Step 2: Access company settings

The settings dashboard has three tabs: Personal, Company, and Account.

The personal tab includes details only visible to you, such as your name, email, password, phone number, and email notifications.

The Company tab is company-wide settings, such as which CRM your business uses and billing information.

The Account tab provides detailed information about your account, including the time zone, traffic filtering, and which companies have been hidden from your filter.

Select the Company tab to access company settings.

Step 3: Invite new users

Choose Users in the left sidebar, then tap the blue Invite new user button.

Add the user's email address and set their access to Full Access, All, or Limited. You can set email notifications here, or the user can add them later.

Leadfeeder will send the new users an email, allowing them to set up their new accounts!

📌 Note: Administrators can not change the email of users after adding them. If you make an error, remove the incorrect users and add a new user with the correct information.

Step 4: Make sure new users are familiar with Leadfeeder!
