More than 100 zaps have been created for you to connect Leadfeeder to your other applications and tools that you use most. Check them out, there may be one perfect for your needs! You can review them here.
As a broad overview of what to expect, we will being going over the available Zap:
STEP 1: The first step in using this integration, is to create a Google Sheet for the leads to be sent to. This will be matched by "Workbook Name" and "Worksheet Name" .
If there is an issue finding the Sheet the sheet ID may be used for identification. That ID is found in the url.
For example in: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1rF4TmUylXJpCTvVPyelWJwmKzjqW8RaSS3GTfSs*****/edit#gid=0
1rF4TmUylXJpCTvVPyelWJwmKzjqW8RaSS3GTfSs**** is the Google Workbook ID, and the worksheet name is in the worksheet tab.
STEP 2: The second step would be to set up the sheet with the proper headers for the data you want, named in a way that fits your needs and is understandable.
You will match your header names with the fields available from Leadfeeder.
STEP 3: When setting up the Zap you will be guided through matching up the Headers you created in your sheet, with the information you want to see in those columns.
In the example above we only use eight of the available fields:
Company Name matched with Company Name
City matched with City
Website Url matched with Company Website
Industry matched with Industry
Country matched with Country
Created At matched with First Visit
Leadfeeder App URL matched with Leadfeeder Link
LinkedIn URL matched with Company LinkedIn URL
The fields that Leadfeeder makes available are the following:
Leadfeeder App URL
Location Display Name
Time On Page
Previous Path Page
City State Country Code
Last Visit Date
You can use any or all of these fields in you Google Sheet.
This list of fields is an example of what many of the Zapier integrations use. The process is similar regarding matching and typically the same fields are available from Leadfeeder.
