The integration connections can have two possible status values: OK/Connected or Disconnected.
If your integration status is OK, the integration connection is working normally.
If your integration status is Disconnected, something is wrong and the connection is not working as it should.
The "status_reason" indicates what is the problem with the connection.
NOTE: The "status_reason" is visible on the reconnect page. If your integration says "disconnected" click the blue "reconnect" on the right side to see the details and status codes in order to repair the connection.
You can see the status of your integration via your Leadfeeder Settings by going to the tab Account and clicking the name of the in integration on the left side of the view.

Here's a list of the known values for status_reason, a description of the error, and how can it be fixed:
Dynamics
error_forbidden
The connection between Dynamics and Leadfeeder has failed. Reconnect to Dynamics from the Leadfeeder settings.
solution_not_installed
The solution is not installed in the Dynamics organization. Install the solution and reconnect from the settings.
token_refresh
The connection between Dynamics and Leadfeeder has failed. Reconnect to Dynamics from your account’s Leadfeeder Settings.
unauthorized
The connection between Dynamics and Leadfeeder has failed. Reconnect to Dynamics from your account’s Leadfeeder Settings.
HubSpot
hub_id_mismatch
HubSpot CRM hub ID differs from the last used hub ID. Please reconnect to HubSpot via the Leadfeeder settings
no_permission
HubSpot user doesn't have permission to perform this action. Make sure the user who created the integration is an admin in HubSpot.
token_refresh
There was a problem refreshing your access token. Reconnect to HubSpot from Leadfeeder settings to resolve the issue.
Mailchimp
account_deactivated
The Mailchimp account is not active. Remove the integration and connect a new Mailchimp account.
invalid_api_key
The entered API key is not valid. Change the API key from the settings.
reused_api_key
The account is already integrated with Mailchimp account corresponding to provided API key
Pipedrive
account_not_open
The Pipedrive company is not active. Remove the integration and connect a new Pipedrive company.
company_id_mismatch
The API token is from a different Pipedrive company. Change the API token or remove the integration to connect a new Pipedrive company.
invalid_access_token
The connection between Pipedrive and Leadfeeder has failed. Reconnect to Pipedrive from your account's Leadfeeder Settings.
invalid_api_token
The API token entered is not valid. Reconnect to Pipedrive.
not_admin
The user who did the connection with Pipedrive is not an admin in Pipedrive anymore. Reconnect with a Pipedrive admin user instead.
token_refresh
The connection between Pipedrive and Leadfeeder has failed. Reconnect to Pipedrive from your account’s Leadfeeder Settings.
Salesforce
authentication_error
The connection between Salesforce and Leadfeeder has failed. Reconnect to Salesforce from your account’s Leadfeeder Settings.
host_not_known
The Salesforce organization is not active. Remove the integration and connect a new organization.
organization_missing
The Salesforce organization is not active. Remove the integration and connect a new organization.
api_disabled:
The REST API is not enabled for your Salesforce Organization. Please contact Salesforce to enable it.
cannot_execute_flow_trigger:
You have a rule in your Salesforce installation that prevents the object from being saved: %{message}. This likely means that some required fields are not set on this object. Configure \"Mandatory custom field defaults\" in your Salesforce integration settings to set these defaults.
cannot_insert_or_update_entity
Salesforce encountered a permissions error. Please ensure your Salesforce user has the proper permissions set, and is an admin user.
duplicates_detected
If you are trying to create a new entity, you must ensure that it is unique.
field_custom_validation_exception
You have a rule in your Salesforce installation that prevents the object from being saved: %{message}. This likely means that some required fields are not set on this object. Configure \"Mandatory custom field defaults\" in your Salesforce integration settings to set these defaults. For example, the field in Salesforce can receive only digits, but Leadfeeder send letters over.

organization_mismatch
The Salesforce organization you are trying to connect is different than the one currently connected. Remove the integration, and try integrating again.
salesforce_package_not_installed
You must install Leadfeeder's Salesforce package. Please find the instructions here.
request_over_limit
The request could not be completed because you are over your Salesforce daily rate limit. Please try again later.
required_field_missing
You have a rule in your Salesforce installation that prevents the object from being saved: %{message}. This likely means that some required fields are not set on this object. Configure \"Mandatory custom field defaults\" in your Salesforce integration settings to set these defaults.
storage_limit_exceeded
You have exceeded the storage limit of your Salesforce account. You must remove some data or upgrade your plan before creating further entities.
Slack
account_inactive
The Slack workspace is not active. Remove the integration and connect to a new workspace.
channel_archived
Your default Slack channel is archived. Please select another default channel from your Slack settings in Leadfeeder.
channel_not_found
Your default Slack channel can't be found. Please select another default channel from your Slack settings in Leadfeeder.
invalid_auth
Please reconnect to Slack from Leadfeeder settings.
not_found
The channel was not found. Please ensure it still exists, or choose a new channel.
invalid_scope
The permissions of the Leadfeeder app in Slack have changed. Go to Slack in your account’s Leadfeeder Settings and select Reconnect.
token_revoked
The connection between Slack and Leadfeeder has failed. Go to Slack settings in your Leadfeeder account, and select Reconnect.
WebCRM
authentication_failed
The connection between WebCRM and Leadfeeder has failed. Remove the integration and connect again.
customer_not_found
No such account
license_expired
Your webCRM license has expired.
Zoho
inactive_token
The API token is not valid. Go to your Zoho Settings in your Leadfeeder account, and change the API token.
invalid_token
The API token is not valid. Go to Zoho settings in Leadfeeder and change the API token.
trial_expired
The trial for Zoho has expired. Restart your trial or remove the integration and connect a new Zoho organization.
token_refresh
There was a problem refreshing your access token. Reconnect to Zoho from Leadfeeder settings to resolve the issue.
no_account
This account was not found in Zoho CRM. Please reconnect to Zoho from Leadfeeder settings.
invalid_organization
This organization isn't the one originally used to create integration. Please remove this integration, and try connecting again.
insufficient_permissions
Forbidden: This Zoho CRM user doesn't have sufficient permissions to perform this action.
forbidden
This user doesn't have access to the proper permissions in Zoho CRM. Please reconnect with a different user.
api_limit_exceeded
The request could not be completed because you are over your Zoho daily rate limit. Please try again later. More details here.
