With Zapier, nobody is left in the dark. Connecting your CRMs, Google Products, and even Slack, to Dealfront has never been easier.

Get Started with Building a Zap:

STEP 1: Go to Zapier and Create a Zap, then choose Dealfront as the app to connect to.

STEP 2: Choose the Event you want:

  • New lead refers to identified companies that are appearing on your website for the first time during your Dealfront tracking history.

  • Recurring lead is meant for cases where you want to keep track on some specific company(ies) coming back to your site.

Please note: Recurring lead will trigger also when the company visits your site for the first time, so it'll covers the visits of New Lead as well. As of now, the data we send through Zapier is company-based and not visit-based. We send the first visit with the new company and the last visit with the recurring company. If you are looking to receive mainly visits from your identified companies, Zapier integration might not work for you.

For example if you have a custom feed which looks for identified companies where "source/medium is quora.com", the Zap will be triggered by New lead only when company X comes to your website referred by quora.com and that company has not been tracked before by Dealfront. Recurring lead would, in turn, trigger every time the company matching the criteria comes to your website. If the company visits multiple times per day, only the first visit of the day will trigger the Zap.

STEP 3: Once you've chosen your event type you'll be asked to connect to Dealfront. Here you can use the Zapier token you created by following instructions of this article.

Choose a Dealfront account you have access to and then which custom feed you want to pull the data from.

STEP 4: Continue and finalise the trigger. Now the Zap will be triggered whenever a new lead/recurring lead that matches the criteria of the custom feed is appears.

Here is some of the data that you get from the trigger response:

  • name: Name of the company

  • city

  • country

  • industry

  • website_url: Visiting company's website

  • dealfront_app_url: Link back to Dealfront

  • Info about the first visit that triggered New lead

  • visit_length

  • source_medium: where they came from

  • pageviews: How many pages they viewed

  • List of pages they viewed on their first visit including data for:

  • page_path

  • time_on_page

  • time

  • page_title

  • linkedin_url
