How to Use Company Search

Getting Started / Prospecting. Audience: Web Visitors customers, new signups.

Written by Rayco Schäfer Tejera

Overview

Company Search helps you find your best-fit companies and contacts, enrich them with AI, and move them straight into a list for prioritization and outreach. It's designed to replace the older Target prospecting tool, giving you a faster path from "find companies" to "reach the right people."

With Company Search you can:

  • Find companies that match your ideal customer profile

  • Enrich them with AI — growth signals, technographics, best-fit contacts, or custom AI research

  • Add shortlisted companies and their enrichments to a List

  • Automate delivery of companies and contacts into your CRM with a Workflow

Before you start

Company Search is rolling out in stages. If you don't see it in your account yet, it's on its way — check back soon or reach out to your account contact. Access and available filters depend on your plan.

Step 1: Open Company Search

In the left-hand navigation, select Companies. This opens the Company Search interface, where you can start building your search.

Step 2: Find companies that fit your ICP

You can narrow down companies in a few ways:

  • AI filter builder: describe what you're looking for in plain language and let AI translate it into the right filters.

  • Standard filters: narrow by firmographic details such as industry, size, or location.

  • List inclusion/exclusion filters: include or exclude companies that are already in one of your Lists, so you don't duplicate work.

  • CRM filters (where available): include or exclude companies based on their connection or deal status in your CRM.

Step 3: Enrich companies with AI

Once you've shortlisted companies, add AI enrichments to learn more about them before you reach out. Available enrichments include:

  • Growth signals — indicators that a company may be ready to buy or expand.

  • Technographics — the tools and technologies a company already uses.

  • Best-fit contacts — the people at a company most likely to match your buyer persona, filterable by department or seniority.

  • Custom AI research — ask AI a specific question about a company and get a tailored answer.

Step 4: Save companies to a List

Select the companies you want to keep and add them to a List. Your List keeps the AI enrichments attached, and actively helps you prioritize outreach using intent scores and AI research — no need to re-run enrichments later.

Step 5: Automate delivery to your CRM

Connect your List to a Workflow to automatically deliver companies and best-fit contacts straight into your CRM — no manual export needed.
