In today's data-driven world, having accurate and comprehensive information about your leads and customers is essential for driving successful sales and marketing strategies. Data enrichment is the process of enhancing your existing data by adding valuable insights and context, which can significantly improve your decision-making and engagement efforts.
With our iFrame integration, you can seamlessly enrich your data directly within three popular native CRM systems: Pipedrive, HubSpot, and Dynamics 365. This integration allows you to pull in additional information, such as company details, social media profiles and contact history, enriching your records with vital insights that help you understand your customers better to win more deals.
By leveraging data enrichment through our iFrame integration, you can gain a 360-degree view of your prospects and customers, streamline your workflows, and ultimately drive more informed and personalized interactions. Whether you're looking to enhance lead scoring, improve customer segmentation or optimize your sales strategies, our integration makes it easy to unlock the full potential of your data and boost your overall business performance.
The fields available for enrichment in your CRM are determined by the Field Mapping configuration in your integration settings. Enrichment via the embedded Company Profile view reflects the rules you’ve defined for outgoing CRM sync fields.
Enrichment is available only when a company or contact is connected to your CRM and linked to a corresponding Leadfeeder record. If the record is not yet in your CRM, you must first add or connect it before the enrichment option appears.
When you open the embedded Company Profile view on a company or contact record in your CRM, Leadfeeder shows data where values differ between your CRM and Leadfeeder based on your field mappings. Leadfeeder highlights fields that are eligible for enrichment according to your CRM field mapping configuration.
Rather than selecting individual fields manually, enrichment actions follow the update behavior you’ve defined for each mapped field when you configured your integration (for example, Only if empty or Always overwrite).
To apply available enrichment, click Update. This confirms that Leadfeeder will push the updated information to your CRM according to your field mapping rules.
Leadfeeder also supports automatic enrichment for records that are part of a list where Auto-Enrich CRM records has been enabled in the list settings. When this option is active, Leadfeeder will automatically enrich eligible records without requiring manual action from within your CRM. Automatic enrichment works according to the same field mapping settings you’ve defined and helps keep CRM records current at scale.
