New Leadfeeder API

We're excited to share that we're transitioning to our brand new API, which brings improved features and better performance!

  • Just getting started? Great timing! We recommend using the new API for all new customers.

  • Already using the Legacy Leadfeeder API? No worries! You can keep using it for now, but we'd love for you to start thinking about migrating to the new API when you're ready. The Legacy Leadfeeder API will eventually be phased out, so planning ahead will help ensure a smooth transition.

You can find our Echobot API documentation here.

What rate limits are in place?

The standard limit is 200.000 HTTP requests per month. This can be adjusted by special request only.

What is the Echobot API average response time?

This varies depending on the request being made, we have provided some guidance below:

  • /contacts/{id} on average is less than 1 second

  • /contacts/search on average is 1 second

  • /companies/{id} on usually below 1 second

  • the match2 endpoint is usually the slowest (the speed depends on the data provided)
