Please note: Customers need to have a Web Visitors subscription or a Platform subscription (Target + Web Visitors).

Many companies stop advertising to target accounts once a lead is handed over to sales. However, these accounts have not yet converted into customers, and deals often fall through the cracks as prospects get sidetracked.

Leadfeeder automatically updates your list of open CRM deals, enabling you to maintain brand or product awareness through targeted campaigns aimed at nurtured leads and prospects.

How to set this up?

STEP 1: Integrate Your CRM with Leadfeeder

  • Navigate to your Account settings and follow the steps explained in this article.

STEP 2: Wait for Matching to Complete

  • Allow Leadfeeder to finish the matching process.

STEP 3: Create a New Campaign in Campaigns

  • Go to Campaigns and select + Create Campaign.

STEP 4: Select Audience

  • Choose the audience as “CRM Open Opportunities”.

STEP 5: Select Global Targeting

  • Ensure your campaign targets a Global audience.

STEP 6: Upload Ads and Enter your Target URL

  • Upload the ads you want to use for the campaign as well as entering the Target URL that will be used in the Display advertisement.

STEP 7: Add a Daily Budget and Set Start Date

  • Set a daily budget for the campaign, which is preferred over a total budget for continuous engagement.

  • Select the start date for your campaign.

STEP 8: Name Campaign and Finish

  • Give your campaign a clear and descriptive name. Once you are done select Finish to launch your campaign.

Tips for Successful CRM Integration: Addressing Key Details and Limitations

  • Subscription Requirement: Customers need to have a Web Visitors subscription or a Platform subscription (Target + Web Visitors) in order to perform the above tasks.

  • Filter Limitations: CRM Open Opportunities lists cannot currently be sub-filtered by other CRM-related attributes for creating narrower lists.

  • Track the number of CRM open deals campaigns launched in Campaigns to measure the effectiveness of this feature.

By continuously advertising to the companies your sales teams are pursuing, you can keep your brand or product top of mind, ensuring prospects remain engaged and increasing the likelihood of converting them into customers.
