If you see an error notification in your Integrations settings and the connection status of Disconnected you will need to reconnect your Pipedrive integration.
Reasons why the integration might get disconnected:
Changes in user privileges for Pipedrive
Changes in user settings for Dealfront
A technical issue with Pipedrive API
How Do I Reconnect Pipedrive with Dealfront?
STEP 1: Navigate to your Account settings by clicking on the gear ⚙️ icon at the top right of the app.
STEP 2: Select Pipedrive under the Integrations heading and then click Reconnect.
STEP 3: You will see the error with the option to click Authorize.
Please note: You need to have Admin rights for your Pipedrive account to authorise the connection.
Once you click on Authorise you will see:
This view if the Dealfront app is not connected to Pipedrive:
You see this screen if the app already exists in Pipedrive:
We will automatically sync your Pipedrive integration after reconnecting.
